I first got to know available services of the Med spa when I attended an open house. It was informative, as I had been looking into laser resurfacing.At the open house, the spa gave away some awesome door prizes and I won a package of 3 laser treatments. GO TO THE OPEN HOUSE EVENTS! I have had two of the treatments. Each time my skin is baby smooth. I am quite impressed with the treatment. Each treatment took me about 5 days of down time. I used the vinegar treatment often which helps it recoup faster, in my opinion. These treatments are great in the fall and winter to refresh your skin and allow the down time without sun exposure. I have my third treatment scheduled for Jan. and looking forward to more improvement of my aging skin. The fine lines are very minimal now and I think I am looking younger and fresh. Danielle is awesome!

I went to see Dr. Kesa for Bellafill, which is an injectible filler for volume loss. I had filler done on my cheeks and nasal labial folds and I look fabulous! First off, Dr. Kesa is a very gentle injector and has extremely good bedside manners! Furthermore, his staff is so kind and everyone treats you with such respect. I am 41 and am suffering with volume loss in my face and I look 10 years younger now!! This filler lasts 5 to 7 years so ladies and gentleman, step right up and get your bellafill! You will love it! It's worth every penny! I am also seeing Dr. Kesa for wellness and weight loss goals and his approach has been so helpful and he is so very thorough too. They also have a medical spa on the 2nd floor of the building so I was able to get a laser treatment too performed by Danielle, the aesthetician there. Next, I will do body contouring with Yamini. Go to this place, you will not be disappointed!!

I did PRP for my hair.. due to Covid I had lost a lot of my hair. I’d highly recommend the service. I will let you know that the first session you may see more shedding (so don’t be scared) because it’s killing all the dead follicles I guess. But by the time you go on your second and third session you should see a huge difference as long as you follow the recommendations. I highly recommend PRP I think it’s great.. Currently I am doing their cellulite noninvasive removal for my inner thighs. I’ve had two sessions and I’ve definitely seen improvement. Again you have to make sure that you listen to the recommendations. Keep yourself hydrated I drinking before and after the process. MD is very fair priced for their services when you compare them to other med spas !

I love MD Wellness Center! I have seen Dr. Kesa for thread lifts, botox, and fillers. He was very respectful of my concerns and worked with me to obtain realistic, achievable results. I have seen a significant improvement in my jowls and lower face- and it all looks so natural! I feel 10 years younger..... I am also currently receiving body fat reduction from Yamini using BTL Vanquish. I have lost two inches from my abdomen and I haven't even finished my treatments! She is the best- very caring and friendly!

I have been here twice for nose filler, to help even out my nostrils from a prior rhinoplasty. The Dr. is professional, will not do anything that will compromise blood flow, takes his time to assure I like how it is looking along the way and informs me of the today plan and what to do next. He is someone I will continue to go to for fillers, PDO threads and Botox. I highly recommend him.

got several treatments at MD Medical Wellness Center and Med Spa. My face looks so much better after I got custom facial with DermaPlaning and laser facial hair removal with Danielle. I able to fit into my dresses so much better after I got fat reduction done, Yamini was so informative and patient during the whole procedure. I also got Kybella chin injections from Dr.Kesa and now, my chin looks so much better. The doctor and the staff are so helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this place, I will go back to get other procedures done.

I had my lips done about 3 weeks ago and I've had Xeomin for my frown lines and wrinkles 3-4 times and I would never go anywhere else. Dr. Kesa and his staff are awesome! I highly recommend MD Medical Weight Loss, Wellness Center and Med Spa. The staff are always friendly, professional and make me feel very comfortable. Dr. Kesa is a great Dr. and has many tools available that help with weight loss. I’ve had high blood pressure for many years, he put me on a different medication that has no side effects and turned out to be a much better option. When I follow the plan, I have lost weight. The best part is the Dr. Kesa doesn’t use a one size fits all approach. I’ve also used the spa services.Danielle is a fabulous esthetician and my skin has never looked better! Wish I had starting doing regular facials sooner!! The whole practice is great and their fees are reasonable and affordable!
