Visits are conducted 1:1 via secure video with Dr. Kesa, a physician board-certified in Obesity Medicine
Insurance is not accepted for visit fees or services
Insurance may still be used for medications prescribed to a retail pharmacy, when applicable
Credit, debit, and FSA/HSA cards are welcome
After booking, you’ll receive an email with your intake form and instructions.
Please be prepared to:

Provide a photo ID (required for verification)
If available, submit recent lab results (within the last 6 months) such as:

Lipid Panel
If a lab order is needed, your provider will review options during your visit.
You’ll receive a text reminder about 15 minutes before your appointment

You’ll meet 1:1 with Dr. Kesa to review your health history, weight loss goals, and medication options
Medications are prescribed as clinically appropriate following your consultation
Routine follow-up visits are required for continued treatment and prescription refills
Based on your visit, your provider may recommend one or more of the following:
Brand-name GLP-1 medications
May be prescribed to a retail pharmacy if you wish to attempt insurance coverage
We also utilize manufacturer cash-pay programs for brand-name GLP-1 medications when available
Compounded GLP-1 medications
Starting at $184 for a one-month supply when shipped
Shipped refrigerated via overnight delivery
